Landscape rappresenta, attraverso segni grafici semplificati, paesaggi naturali e rurali; superfici reinterpretate dall’uomo durante un susseguirsi di interventi che negli anni hanno definito l’identità dei paesaggi delle “radici”.‎
Il concept della serie “Landscape” nasce da appunti di viaggio, dalle viste aeree sui campi coltivati in particolare del sud est asiatico.‎ Il progetto che prende forma attraverso contrasti cromatici, volumi che delineano e forme irregolari, rimanda ad una riflessione sul coesistere di uomo e natura, richiama l’estetica tradizionale dei paesaggi al margine delle città e alla contrapposizione tra la velocità della modernità e il ritmo lento di luoghi pur sempre antropologici, umanizzati e che talvolta sogniamo di riabitare.‎

Landscape represents, through simplified graphic signs, natural and rural landscapes; surfaces reinterpreted by man during a succession of interventions that over the years have defined the identity of the landscapes of the “roots”. The concept of the “Landscape” series comes from travel notes, from aerial views of cultivated fields in particular in South East Asia. The project that takes shape through chromatic contrasts, volumes that outline and irregular shapes, refers to a reflection on the coexistence of man and nature, recalls the traditional aesthetics of landscapes on the edge of cities and the contrast between the speed of modernity and the slow pace of places that are always anthropological, humanized and that we sometimes dream of reinhabiting.

La serie hand-tufted Landscape si compone di tappeti con bordi irregolari, mai uguali; le forme uniche si legano in un perfetto ecosistema con gli elementi d’arredo trasformando il tappeto in un vero punto d’incontro, armonia ed eleganza.‎

The hand-tufted Landscape series is made up of rugs with irregular edges, never the same; the unique shapes are linked in a perfect ecosystem with the furnishing elements transforming the rug into a true meeting point, harmony and elegance.
